Located about 90 minutes North of New York City, Omega Institute is one of the nation's most prestigious holistic institutes in the country.
So many classes and workshops are offered every year.
Whether you're in another class or workshop and want to take trapeze on the side, or you come to stay at the Omega for rest and relaxation, or just want to come on property to take a class, we are offering 2Hour flying trapeze classes 5 days a week:
2 Hour Flying Trapeze Session Schedule:
- Monday 6-8pm
- Tuesday OFF
- Wednesday 1-3pm and 4-6pm
- Thursday OFF
- Friday 1-3pm
- Saturday 6-8pm
- Sunday 1-3pm
$90/person per class.
