Trapeze-ExperienceTM Lessons
We offer 2 hour action-packed classes at several locations here in the USA!
Participants are given level-specific assistance on the flying trapeze by qualified Trapeze-Experience Facilitator's.
During the beginner-friendly lessons, students warm up, get a ground-lesson, and then spend most of the class flying through the air and learning the basics on the trapeze. There's even an opportunity to be caught in mid-air in the first class.
- No prior experience is needed. All levels welcome
- Intermediate and advanced training also availble.

We allow ages 5 and up --and there's a 250LB weight limit.
Trapeze is a "mountain with no top" so each time you come out, we'll assist you "taking it to the next level". In addition to beginners and intermediates, trapeze lessons are also appropriate for advanced students.

When going to the online scheduling system, make sure you advance the date on the calendar, to see the schedule for July and August. Classes must have a minimum of 4 people by 24 hours prior to start, or class will be canceled, and participant will have a credit for rescheduling. Rule does not apply to workshops.

 Whether you're in another class or workshop and want to take trapeze on the side, or you come to stay at the Omega for rest and relaxation, or just want to come on property to take a class, we are offering 2Hour flying trapeze classes 5 days a week:

- Sunday 1-3pm
