It's a funny thing, buying one's own Flying Trapeze rig (for that matter, any
custom-built aerial-equipment one might need) --- Buying it, was; choosing it, was not --- not at all. There were so many things i didn't know that i didn't know (all that stuff, you know). Equally shocking were the things that i believed were true, that actually turned out to be not true --- at all. I've flown on a lot of rigs and performed with lots of different equipment; i've learned a lot along the way --- and it was a "whole, new ballgame" when it came to building something from scratch. To start with, just to build a trapeze rig, i ran into what seemed to be eighty million questions of comparison --- the "Which way to go?"-questions, like: Eyebolts or welds? Piping or tubing? Galvanized or stainless? UV-coated or not? Wood or metal for the pedestal? Come-alongs or pulley-blocks? Get-by, or bomb-proof, stress-ratios? --- just to name a few! As you might appreciate, given our lives are what's at stake here, i opted for "Really Safe" to be the controlling reference for all my choices. Now i get teased ---"Mr. Bomb-proof" --- but i've noticed they never turn down a chance to fly on a rig i've built. So, i just quietly smile at their teasing --- and i sleep verrry peacefully. What's been most interesting, as the days have gone by, is my discovery of the real value of bomb-proof equipment --- it's that my thoughts are never intruded upon, that i'm never distracted by any worry or concern about the capability of the equipment. (What's your peace-of-mind worth?) I've discovered that all my attention has been freed-up to focus on my technical-mastering and my transformation-opportunities. Is that important to you, too? At this point, the only way that i could sleep more peacefully, is if all the equipment out there in the world was built to my standards. One final note: Whatever your equipment needs might be (i'm sure they're unique), your best next-move is to call me at 702.871.8535 or email me. I'll enjoy hearing from you --- and we'll both enjoy some peace-of-mind . . . . Can't get too much of that now, can we?
